I am an intuitive and empath. I can feel what you are feeling and am able to see your current
problem and find the root cause of the problem through-out all space and time. Using your Akashic
Records (kind of life your scrapbook of your soul’s history which includes all your past lives), I am
able to find the root cause of your problem. I then work with your angels, the Archangels and other
master teachers and healers to assist you in healing. By examining past lives, my clients gain
insight into their current situation and gain a higher truth about what they are learning and/or
teaching in the current circumstances. Clients express that they experience dramatic shifts in their
lives. They are able to release the past---the pain, the fear, the guilt--and find forgiveness, courage,

communication it is important for each person to approach one another with and open mind and
open heart. Most people only want to be understood. Empathy is when try to put our self in another
person’s shoes. We try to understand their feelings and their point of view. It does not mean that
we agree with what they are saying. Being understood is the deepest need of a human soul. To be
understood is to show that you value someone. Listening to another person it shows that you are
willing to be influenced by their point of view. Seeking to understand also is like gathering
information so you both can make an educated decision later. Learn and practice communicating
with your loved one in this empowering workshop. Learn the four basic ineffective communication
styles you can recognize. Learn how to transform these four styles into genuine heart-felt
communication. Two hour workshop.
Developing a Compassionate Heart Workshop -- This is a dynamic intensive workshop done in
your home and is for parents only. Examine how you were parented and how these patterns of
negative love are impacting the relationship you are developing with your children. Develop tools to
transform your relationships. Examine the vicious cycles of negative interactions. Learn the “True”
role of a parent and determine the type of family you have. Come up with strategies that will
improve your family life.
This workshop is Part 1 and must be done before the Finding Your Way Back to Love Workshop
Finding Your Way Back to Love Workshop -- This is a dynamic interactive family workshop. Yes,
every member of your family participates in this workshop. You will examine the characteristics of a
nurturing family. You will explore together the stumbling blocks in relationship communication and
how to transform this interaction. Practice building trust, learn listen and how to question
effectively. Work together to restore emotional connectivity through work and play. Air differences in
a safe environment and develop common goals and agreements.
This is Part 2 and parents must have completed the Developing a Compassionate Heart Workshop
Developing a Compassionate Heart Seminar -- During this 2-hour seminar for parents, you will
explores the Shame Model of ineffective parenting. Parents will learn about the Indigo children they
are raising. It includes visualization and journaling.
Youth Camp (9 to 18 yrs) -- This camp is designed for the spiritual development of our youth. Our
society constantly bombards our children with negative messages about who they are and they
lose their natural inheritage--their “I AM” connection. In camp with will explore their light and dark
side. They will learn about their Quadrinity--intellects, emotions, body and spirit. They will learn to
know when they are making choices when they are connected to source and how to chose friends
who are on the same spiritual path. They will explore their own uniqueness and bond with other
girls. The camp begins with a 1 hour presentation for parents only and will end with a 1 hour child
and parent sharing.</div>
A Hero’s Journey -- This course is designed to be used by anyone who works with youth. It is an in-
depth program using the backdrop of Native American beliefs to explore the “self.” It begins with
learning to identify the masks that we wear--our ego and our essences. Students then look at the
relationships they are in and how to communicate effectively. They learn to make amends and how
to use their own gifts to be of service to the world. While this includes spiritual concepts, the
curriculum is written in a way that is respectful to anyone’s beliefs and could even be appropriate to
be used in a school-setting.
Ministerial Services and Sacred Ceremonies
Lonna is a warm, friendly non-denominational minister, who honors all spiritual paths. She
believes there are many ways to express faith and love, and we are all part of ‘the One’.

The Power of Nine

I have been asked by the Group to bring forth a
message to you. Zenthea is stepping forth to bring
this month's message.
Beloveds,
It is I, Zenthea-Goddess of Oneness. For I teach
and instruct this channel and through her, all of you
how to leave your lower self and align and live from
your Higher Self. It is in this energy that you
recognize the interconnectedness of all of you, of all
life.
Some who read this newsletter have not yet
experienced the loving guidance of the Group of
Nine, consciously or unconsciously. Some who
read this newsletter are stuck in the old ways of
shifting out of paradigms. You think you do this
through talking and crying. You think you do this by
using your mind to determine the steps, the "how,"
like there is a magic formula that you can figure out!
I am here today to tell you that there is nothing to
figure out! You make it so hard. You are love. You
are Light. You are perfection already. All you must
do is BE that perfection. Live that. Don't forget that!
If you find you do, simply let that false belief go.
There are new energies on the planet that help you
do that in a moment. This is what we have taught
this channel and made available to you---through
her. You can learn to do this yourself. There is no
need to live in pain, fear, sorrow, shame, guilt or
blame. There is no room for that in within your
perfection! For you already are that which you seek!
I say to you, "Stop seeking." Release what keeps
you from JOY! Truly, the time has come on your
planet for those who call yourselves Lightworkers to
live fully in JOY! Anything less is denying you,
robbing you of all you came to experience. And the
truth is no one is robbing you of this JOY, but you!
Oh, those minds are now churning; i can feel them
and see them. They are trying to figure out how this
can be so. How can I achieve this? They are trying
to come up again with the magic formula. Some
are now resisting such an idea. Some are trying to
justify why this is an impossibility in their own life at
this time! I say part of your divine nature is JOY!
Why do you choose not to express it in all that you
do---for it is a choice!
You very beingness is JOY! It is one of the three
highest vibratations on the planet: love, gratitude
and JOY! Don't these three words represent the
fullness in life? Don't you feel the wonder of life
when you are in these energies? Can you not
create masterpieces of friendships, of service, of
celebration when you are in the energies of these
vibrations?
Delight, Beloveds, in your life! Let go of those
beliefs, patterns, fears, frustrations, and any lack
that keep you from your JOY! Celebrate your friends
who are the forerunners and ahead of you on the
path. Don't think that I do not see some of you who
envy your brothers and sisters single-mindedness
in their quest for Oneness. I say this is the wrong
way to look at why you have drawn these
forerunners into your life. Their presence creates a
tension in your life. This tension causes you to look
at that which you would like to gloss over and to not
go deeper within to see--But you call in this Beloved
out of curiousity, out of reverence. This person is
holding the vibration that you desire to move to, but
often you can't move, you won't move.
This is resistance! Sometimes jealousy is in the
way. Sometimes you block the path with excuses--
time, money, priorities. Sometimes you can't be
humble and admit you have anything to gain from
THAT person! Oh yes, I see the judgments. That is
one of the biggest stumbling blocks you have in this
journey! Oh how they keep you from your Light! Oh
how they keep you separate.
You call to us---your guides, your teachers---and cry
that life is not working. You call asking for help and
then resist the help that is brought to you. Why not
reach out to those that have been sent? Humble
yourselves. Ask for help. Trust that when you go to
another with an open heart you will be received in
love. What you need is available. You no longer
have to suffer. Won't you join the forerunners in
healing? Won't you accept their help?
So I leave you asking yourself, "What help is being
sent my way that I am not seeing or receiving?"
In the name of Love and All That Is, I leave you in
JOY and Peace.
