Giving your attention to things makes them multiply. Giving your
attention to things provides the space for their manifestation.
Things manifest not because you like them or don't like them,
not because you want them or don't want them in your
experience; they manifest because you have given them so
much attention. Watch the tendency to give your attention to the
things you don't want to experience. Because so much of your
attention goes to your fears, worries, or concerns, you are not
available for our relationship. You are using your energy for
something other than what you want. Don't give your attention to
things that don't deserve it. Understand the power of giving your
attention and how the converse is also true. Your not giving
attention to something that deserves it can be just as
detrimental. When there are areas of healing in your life that
need your attention desperately -- areas that you refuse to look
at, that you refuse to acknowledge, let alone allow to be healed
-- your avoidance of them creates more blocks and barriers.
